I am so grateful to Donn and his team for helping me out in a bind. They were able to look at my car immediately after another dealer (a quick oil change place that starts with a V) pinched my oil ring and had me leaking oil all over the place. Donn and his team really took care of me and I’m just grateful for the excellent service they provided. I won’t make the mistake of taking my car anywhere else for service and maintenance! I recently bought a 1992 f150 and the previous owner had not really kept up on maintenance. And being a 30-year-old car it had some issues. I have been having a bit of a starting problem the past couple of weeks and it just pooped out on me the other day, fortunately it started and I just drove it to Star and Northwest. I was able to drop it off. Being this was totally unplanned I was very surprised the next day when the mechanic called me and gave me a starting point of where he wanted to begin. Being an older car there is always a possibility it could be multiple things (With older cars things wear out over time). So he went thru his estimate, and mentioned It would take a few days to get the parts and again reminded me that it could be just the starting point. With a 31 year old car that is to be expected. First of all its very hard to find a place to work on older cars (they have also worked on my 2002 dually) and second it its great to find a place that's is so prompt and gets rig
