Grismer Tire & Auto Service Center

Grismer Tire is great. I had a fluid leak in the parking lot at work. They took my vehicle within the hour and had it ready by the time work hours were ending. Shoutout to William for being so patient and kind during my stressful situation.

I was able to call early in the morning and have my car looked at the same day. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. My car was finished when promised. Grismer downtown has great customer service. I love that I can drop it off at the beginning of my work day and pick it up at the end.

Wasn’t going to leave a review but they texted me asking to leave one. I originally called because I’d been having some brake troubles and needed an inspection. The guy at the counter was originally nice and quick to help. They called me back after a few hours and said I needed pads, rotors, and brake lines for $1060. I asked how much just brake lines would be and they said $600. I questioned how $120 in parts and a “quick job” as they said would be $600, google brake line fix it’s $250-500 range at shops. I walked there to pay my inspection and pick up my car and they said it’d be an hour to get it now and suddenly the tone had changed because I wasn’t getting any service. Update: drove my car back to Kentucky to fix myself at home with my dad we found out the rotors were fine and installed brake lines and new pads for $170 and 2 hours of work in the garage. Do yourself a favor and go to a shop not trying to do extra unnecessary upsell or mark up services like crazy.
