Our family has been going to GT for 20? years for every repair. Never once have we been disappointed. Like everyone, the biggest fear when going to a garage is getting ripped off. No one likes paying for auto service, but it's a lot easier when you always feel you've paid a fair price for good work.

I've had 3 different vehicles worked on at this shop over the past 5 years or so and have not had a bad experience. I've never been ripped off. In fact, there have been times I tell them that I want something done and they convince me that it doesn't need to be done. I don't understand some of these one star reviews. But then I have worked on my own cars for about 20 years and I understand the nuances of repair work.

Was a regular customer years ago spending thousands here and am sad to say all of the negative reviews now are true. Waited 6 days for my car to get in for simple brake pad and rotor job.. authorized them to work on it Monday (soonest available). Was notified Monday they wouldn't work on my car due to a flat tire (slow leak over 6 day wait) and said a brake light was on (there wasn't.. no lights were on when I picked up the vehicle). They then said they refused to pull it back in because they called to give me a price "but decided they don't want to work on it" due to the above issue now. I had already authorized the nicer guy to do the job.. you didn't need to call a second time to give me a price. (Even if I hadn't already authorized the other guy I don't need a price on what should be an hour labor job... makes me wonder what the price would be if he felt the need to call me for 1.5 hours labor max..).
