As a young woman, taking your car to get serviced is intimidating. You don’t know if you’re getting scammed or preyed on for knowing little about your car. I was going in for my 100,000+ mile check up (30k overdue ha). Jim and his son did a great job making me feel comfortable and building trust. They walked me through a ~$65 bumper to bumper inspection and promised not to do anything further until I heard their assessment AND a quote. They told me to take my time in deciding what to move forward with. The prices were very fair and they were FAST! Timeline: Tuesday night, I requested a quote on their website. Wednesday, I received an email back with a time I could drop off. Thursday morning, I dropped off my car. Thursday afternoon, received a phone call with quotes. Friday afternoon, picked up my repaired vehicle. I’m very happy with the service and will be coming back to support this local, family business :)

I always buy my gas at Lucas. Then one Sunday I had a flat tire. The puncture was on the side so it couldn't be plugged. They had the tire size and style I needed in stock and had me back on th road in about an hour. On a Sunday! Then months later, my dealership showed me that I needed new front brakes for over $700 (!?) So I took it to Lucas who scheduled me in 2 days and did a great job for less than $400. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Love this place!

Terrible experience took it in for a sound in the passenger side, said they found the issue. Sent my mom to pick it up because I live an hour away and the noise was still there. Said it was a different issue and that it would be an additional 1100.
