Crash Champions Collision Repair

Was in a crash and this place was suggested to me by my insurance. Most repair shops, to me at least as someone younger, are daunting because you never know if you'll get someone with a bad attitude. However, Crash Champions is not like this. The staff was extremely friendly, I was greeted before even walking in the doors. They make sure to communicate with you how repairs are going with your car throughout the entire process and if you do have to call to speak to someone there was never a hold time, they always answered very promptly. Reply to comment: Hello, perhaps another time. I came in on July 3rd. Allstate does recommend ya still. I also understand the unusual circumstances. I do hope the employee and their family are going okay. Still after calling a few times myself it took over a month to get the report sent. During which time Allstate claimed to have contacted crash championships twice, and says they were told I never showed up for my appointment. This made me look like i lied to them, when I didn’t. One time when I called the gentleman I was speaking with said to me that he had the report in his hand and he was gonna put it on top of a stack to be sent in the morning. Still it was weeks later and another few calls. The last one being a three way call where me and Allstate called y’all together to finally get the report.
