Sema Auto Repair II

I had a great experience at Sema Auto repair. I called a head of time to see if they could do my NYS inspection, and they were able to fit me in! Saul took care of me and I was in and out in under 30 minutes. I will definitely be coming back for any needs that I have. Though I live in Harlem, its worth the drive.

In addition to the professionalism and care received at Sema, words cannot describe the quality of men who work therere. Good, honest, well-mannered, caring, fun...even when delivering bad news. Hands down these guys are among the best available, and my #1 choice. Highly recommend!!

This place is the most unreliable disgusting business I have ever dealt with. They took my money did the work only to have me have the car towed back to them. Then they told me they would have it done the following day and did not call me nor did they answer the phone and there are closed on Sundays so they basically left me stranded without a vehicle. I had to pay almost $150 in users to get me back and forth to work. This place I would not recommend them to put air in my tire. If I could give them negative stars I would. They should be ashamed of themselves for there behavior. I cannot tell you how disgusting they are. I am considering taking them to small claims court for payment of the tow and all the Uber rides.
