Arrived at 7:30AM with no appointment. They addressed my concern immediately on the car I had just bought the night before and took care of the issue immediately. The issue was diagnosed and remedied within 2 hours. Everyone was extremely helpful and courteous.

Horrible and dishonest sales team. I have never heard so many lies and trickery from one dealership. One example, all brand new jeeps come with a complimentary oil change. Sales agent made it seem like he was negotiating that with his manager. They also lied about the price of the car until I asked for a detailed breakdown where the numbers didn’t match. Be very careful here. I ended up going to a different Jeep dealership to make my purchase.

All I can say is WOW great customer service, very professional,they are super quick with the process…I just wanna thank guiseppe he was really a great sales representative he got me in and out with a car fully loaded..he also passionate about what he do he is 100% honest..I also wanna thank finance guys I struggle but they definitely found away to help me I’m so happy I was able to get the car I want I recommend any one to this car dealership in white plains they are great! You won’t be disappointed I promise!????❤️
