Total Care Auto is where I go to get my care serviced. The gentlemen are always respectful and friendly. The owner is very knowledgeable and does great work on my car no matter what time of the day I show up, they are always willing to accommodate me. I highly recommend Total Care Auto

Ask for Jimmy! Fixed my car for 1/6th the price quoted by my 1st mechanic within 1 day of meeting him. after my main mechanic told me it would cost more to replace the exhaust system than the car was even worth. My car had been off the road for 2 months. Super friendly and accommodating. Definitely don't feel like they tried to scam me in any way whatsoever (this is very often the case). Very happy customer!!!

This guy does not give you any document to track what he is supposed to do for you. I dropped off my car because the convertible roof would not go up. I asked him to check the fuses. He calls me and tells me that he checked the fuses and the top will still not go up. I go back to pick up my car and a freaking part is missing!! The cover for the diagnostic port is gone!! Of course, he had some type of tool attached to the diagnostic port when I arrived so he obviously broke it and then LIED and said it was never there!!! Of course, it was there because I used the diagnostic tool to get the codes BEFORE I brought it to this awful place!! I am so angry. He was only supposed to check the fuses now I have another part to replace!!
