Mavis Discount Tire

I had a work truck with brakes that began grinding metal to metal. The group of guys at White Plains Mavis took care of me late in the day before closing. The staff they did an awesome job. The store manager Ryan is top notch. Ricardo, Paul, and even the new guy Resto made the process seamless. The truck is my work and the guys made it happen for me on short notice. Thanks again.

This has been hands down the best Mavis Discount Tire place that I've used over the years. I have been disappointed sadly at a couple other Mavis locations. But I've never had a bad experience at this one. The customer service has always been friendly and they have been good with giving me the service and information that I need. This visit I was helped by Resto and Ricardo and they made sure I got my wheel ready in a timely fashion. I had a hole in the side wall of my tire and needed the entire wheel replaced. I did bring my own tire this time because it's a harder tire to source but these guys got the tire exchanged and balanced really quickly. Ready and good to go! But for titres I generally check with Mavis first, and this location specifically. Keep up the good work guys

Ricardo Cofre assisted me with my tire this morning and I was absolutely in disbelief with how efficient and timely he was able to take care of me! he even me to take a look firsthand at was going on and what I should service next and was very pleasant to do business will definitely be returning to this location and would recommend!
