I found the shop on Google, the reviews and comments caught my attention. When arriving at the shop I was approached by the owner Tom. I explained what was happening to my car and what I thought the problem may be. He patiently listened to what I had to say and said, "let's take a ride." He hopped into the car with me and assessed the problem. I was impressed with the personal attention he gave me as the owner, instead of pushing the service to one of his employees. He took care of me himself. I was very impressed and the positive reviews did not dissapoint. I have a long trip ahead of me, he made sure the part would be available on time and the service would be done so that I did not have to delay my departure. Another satisfied customer!

Went to their site for a simple lockout and battery service quote and got a call back within 30 minutes. Spoke to Tom who not only gave me a fair price but was able to arrive within the next hour to get my car open and jumpstarted in no time at all. Excellent and professional customer service. Will recommend in the future!

Once caught a flat and googled "shops near me" which led me to find TJ. Thankfully, I did. Have now gone to TJ on 3 different occasions and each time everything was done with such precision and punctuality. He and his crew have always been able to complete tasks in less time than initially given while being done with such care.
