Richmondtown is my home base and has been for years.Never a worry about diagnosis or recommendations-Highly professional and cordial folks who go out of their way to service expeditiously. I’m surprised you have a single star. I’ve dealt with these scam artists twice. The first time, my wife’s car there for inspection and they completely overcharge me over $1000 for a job someone in Tech school could accomplish. Second time, complete trash, customer service was direct and condescending. I just moved here and know the costs. A shame they’ve been in business so long. If you’re new to Staten Island or you care about pricing, DO NOT GO
