A-1 did a great job on my car. Looks like new. They provided great service. Lisa, at the front desk was most helpful and attentive. They stood by their parts as my A/C compressor needed replacement. I would use them again and highly recommend this collision shop.

This was a HORRIBLE experience. I was robbed by this company. The tow guy recommended a repair shop to me and said that the towing would be free if I took it to Expressway auto repair. He also assured me that they can work on my Tesla. After dropping the car off, I spoke with a representative a few hours later who also assured me that they are certified to work on Tesla vehicles. After 7 days of me asking for an estimate and receiving no answer, they call me to say that they can't do anything for me and that I need to bring my Tesla to a certified Tesla body shop and that I was being charged for storage. They knew since day one that they were not a certified Tesla repair shop but kept my car. Also, How can I be charged for storage if I never received an estimate or update? No auto repair shop charges storage until after the estimate is given and the owner leaves the car there. Then they charged me to have my car towed out of their lot because they don't allow other tow companies on th
