I had a wonderful experience at PepBoys on Veterans Rd today. The person at the front was friendly and very professional (sorry i forgot to ask the name). My appointment wasn’t showing up but he still helped me and it was very quick. Thank you so much ????

This location (Veterans Way in States Island) is bit further away from my home, however, I was lead here by something powerful. The moment I walked in and spoke with the gentleman at the front, I felt welcomed. ( I apologize, for not remembering the gentleman’s name). He brought me to my car to show me what needed fixing, gave me an amazing price and made me feel confident that it will be done the right way. I’m ???? pleased with the entire service. They’re amazing, I will definitely use them again.

This place is amazing between the customer service and the honesty I don't know what's better. The man in the front (sorry I forgot your name) was super efficient polite and very helpful. I told them I took my car to another mechanic and they said it was the calibrated converter that was making a rattling noise with the car. I wanted to see if pep boys was better pricing so I left the other mechanic. Not only did he tell me that problem was not even an issue in my car he said there was nothing wrong with my car minus a heat shield that was rotted and they simply just removed it for me. Didn't even charge me for that because he said it's not even a big deal and my husband does go there alot but as needed and , I now see why! What amazing customer service I will forever bring my car to this pep boys completely honest people working there. They even took me last minute without an appointment what more could I ask for! I never do Google reviews but after that service I had to let everyone
