Barry's Auto Body and Collision Repair

I brought my modified 2016 BMW M-Performance 2 series here after being harshly rear ended in stop and go traffic. I must say, I was so impressed by the worksmanship and quality of the repairs that this shop did for my car. Not only has Barry erased any damage that was done to the rear end, the end result looks better than before I even purchased this car about a year ago. The staff are all pros here, they know how to deal with insurance companies and have your best interests in mind when they do. I would highly recommend this shop and look forward to future business with them.

Used Barry’s Auto Body shop in 2019/2020 to repair body damage on my VW Jetta. The car was not in an accident with any other vehicle and I paid outright WITHOUT going through insurance. However, Barry’s STILL reported the vehicle repair to Carfax as an ACCIDENT. I was never informed that the repair would be reported and I only found out this year in 2022 when I returned the lease to the dealership. As a result, I lost equity value in the car and I would never recommend Barry’s to anyone! On top of all that, at the time my car was in the shop they were completely unprofessional and failed to return my calls after taking much longer than expected to finish the repair. I was only able to get an update on the car by showing up in person and finally within the next day or so the car was ready. I have been having issues with my car and I have been struggling to find a good auto body shop that isn't going to scam me because I'm a women who doesn't know much about cars. I went into Barry's and to my surprise was greeted by a lovely staff of women in the front. My car was done within a 2 days and I was charged reasonably. I went in so nervous and came out eased.
