I really depend on this place. I often come home to visit my mother from Vermont and if I have a car issue it's my go-to. I completely trust the manager and all of the crew. There are very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. They also warranty there parts for a full year.

Rob was super helpful and flexible with getting my car back up and running the same day, even working overtime with the techs to get it done. They lost my business for life. I went in for an inspection, vehicle passed but it was noted front brakes were getting low, quoted $450 to replace them soon. Since there was no push to get them done that day or immediately I went about my life with a new sticker, Happy enough with the visit to know id be back soon for the repair. I returned a mere 1400 miles later for the work and the estimate is now $2000+, front and back brakes/rotors need to be replaced, ?brake line flush?, calipers, the works. despite making me feel like it was a dire situation that should be addressed immediately it just didn't sound right so I held off. I figured the estimate would change a little between visits but they laid it on thick. I'm glad I held off, Monro up the street did the work for under $800 out the door. Being honest, Monro ended up covering the pads under warranty (pleasant surprise) which cut down on price a bit but for example, Calipers and brake lines were fine. I'm sure they will hid
