Monro Auto Service and Tire Centers

Walked in Saturday, got an Appointment on Sunday, got my NY inspection done. Appointment was for 1:30, I showed up early and they got me in. Didn't take them long at all. Tech and the Manager were professional, they just wanted to put on a new wiper blade, which isn't a big deal. It's a used car that I bought, and they let me see underneath the car so that I was able to check it out. Seems to be a love it or hate it place, my experience was good so I would go back.

This location told me my brand new vehicle just passed inspection due to needing rear breaks. A close friend who is also a mechanic checked and told me this was a blatant lie, and I have about another 10k miles until any breaks need to be changed The. Car has 11k miles currently. They tried to take full advantage and will never go back to this location again.

I can't say enough about how happy I am with this place. I will never go to another privately owned mechanic shop again. The manager is so cool and pretty and is just a great all around person. The mechanics are all very skilled in their trade so wait times are minimal , which is nice when your schedule needs to be on time . This place is a well oiled machine. Thanks ????
