g842 must have this business mistaken or is deliberately trying to shed a bad light on a business for having excellant ratings as they pointed out. My first obvious question as the review was 4 months ago who would be having snow tires worked on in July/August in upstate New York? I'm sorry but the owners reputation speaks for itself, never over charges, is totally trustworthy, always makes good and stands behind his jobs. When I lived in Schenectady many years ago, I was advised to see Rich (the owner) for all my car repair needs. He has never disappointed and NEVER recommends work unless it's required to keep your car in working condition. Richie is one of the most honest businessmen I have ever met.
