I had to bring my truck in after an accident that was not my fault. The experience was wonderful. Everyone was polite, service with a smile n professional. I had a wonderful experience! The work completed was awesome. Services: Painting, Body & Trim
Caliber was awesome. Got my car back a lot quicker than expected looking good as new. Sarah was very attentive and gave us updates on my cars status every other day.
They didn't put the paint on correctly, then said we told you we couldn't warranty the job. Well a warranty is a guarantee that it will last. Not that we might not be able to paint it. That's a whole different animal! It's not a comfortable environment there, I never saw a happy customer and I am unfortunately unhappy. So, I won't recommend this shop to my friends. Edit.... The owner's response lists an invalid email address. I was not surprised! I don't think they care!
