Hari's Service Center

I brought my pickup truck to Hari's for work in the last week of March, 2022, because the exhaust system was loud. Hari called me and told me that I needed two catalytic converters. I asked him about my muffler and he said it was good and did not need repair. I had used Hari for many things over the years so I trusted him. He referred to me as ‘brother’ in our conversations. I like supporting local businesses and he had always been nice. He asked me to pay for the catalytic converters up front because they were specialty order parts. I didn’t think anything of it at first and gladly paid the $2,180.60 on March 30 for just the two new catalytic converters. I grew hesitant after mulling over the job and brought in the truck to the Toyota dealer for an evaluation. They said my muffler was shot, it has a large hole in it, and I need some exhaust pipes. They never mentioned anything about catalytic converters. When I specifically asked about them, they said that did not need to replace any

Hari is professional and works hard for his customers. Hari (and Robert) are honest and fair. He went out of his way to help on a repair of my wife’s car.
