Caliber Collision

Caliber Collision was by far some of the best customer service I have ever received in the car industry. I had gotten into an accident and they made the whole process very seamless. All of their staff were wonderful. I received weekly updates on my car and everything was very clear and concise. It was a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend any auto body work being done by them.

I had an excellent experience at Caliber Collision in Saratoga Springs. They were thorough, very kind, extremely knowledgeable, professional and great to work with. They worked with the insurance company very well too. The car came back looking even better than when I left it! I would highly recommend that anyone use them for all of your car body needs. Caliber Collision (CC) did an amazing job fixing my daughter's car after she was backed into. The damage looked superficial at first but once CC did a full diagnostic, they uncovered damage to the radiator. The initial time to repair was going to be 21 days but CC expertly completed the repairs within 13 days! Adrian and the team did a fantastic job keeping us updated via text and calls on the status of the repair. I would recommend them to anyone who needs their vehicle fixed after an accident.
