I think spending hundreds and hundreds of dollars at your shop, for you to fix the car that I bought, at your shop, and then for me to still leave there with my check engine light on and my EPC light on, would be the first indicator that my service needs were not met. And then after spending all of that money, for you to then tell me that there's nothing more that you can do for me and that I would have to take my car to a VW dealership to try to resolve the issue, is a pretty good indicator as well.

I got my transmission changed at Rowland Street for my Jeep Wrangler, that had been off the road and parked for 1 year. It also needed new calipers because they seized while it sat. Gary did a great job locating a low mile transmission for me, and charged fairly for the labor. One of the calipers failed within the warranty time, and I just got that replaced today for no charge. The shop is clean, respectful, and everyone is friendly. They always try to make repairs as convenient as they can for the vehicle owner. I know that the team will always do their best to keep repairs cost effective and won't suggest unnecessary repairs.

Very very honest and friendly people. Just had my muffler replaced. I will definitely be returning. They did an excellent job. My car hasn’t sounded this quiet before since I purchased it !
