I am so satisfied with my service at Richmond Auto Repair. Not only was Alvin's service excellent, he and his crew were also speedy, accommodating, and honest. They helped me when my car wouldn't start and needed towing and quickly discovered that a new starter was needed. I had my car completely fixed just a handful of hours later and am confident that I was given a fair price for their hard work. I own a RX 330 and I had a transmission seal issue. I went to two other mechanic places on Liberty Ave and they wanted to rob me. One place wanted $80 just to assess the issue and another place was already saying that it would cost between $500 and $1000!!! Anyways I looked up Richmond Auto Repair on google after that and boy oh boy these guys are the real deal !!! Alvin looked at it and quickly assessed the issue (without charging) and the car was taken care of in a matter of two hours. It cost me a small fraction of what the others wanted. Alvin and his crew are first class!! Ill be a customer for life after this experience !!
