Honest, reliable and fair. A different mechanic shop told me the bearings on my car were the issue and quoted me a high price. I ordered the parts and shopped around and Dorglers offered the fair price for the labor. I asked them to double check the bearings were the problem before starting the job. Turns out it was actually the transfer case. Have to take it to a transmission shop for that. Going to be much more expensive to fix but thanks Dorglers for saving me money on something that wouldn't fix the problem.
Great customer service. Both guys were very respectful and polite and si was the lady. They did not over charge me nor try to take advantage. They were excellent.
Mr Dorgler is best in this area. I never go anywhere mostly trusted person and quality work done . Satisfied always with his care to my camary . Best guys in Richmond hill.
