These guys do a great job. The damage on my car looks brand new as if ut never happened. Only thing is they are so good everyone goes there so the wait time is excessive Very kind and polite staff !!

The owner and staff are sometimes inpatient and reluctant. We had good experiences here but not all the time. We were upset about it’s inefficiency and unstable service. The hours on Google Map are wrong and I just submitted an edit.

My mother had her jeep repair here as her older place became unsanitary and exceptionally rude. Upon arrival at East Coast Auto plaza the front desk person Kathy was courteous and knowledgeable. The efficiency of all of the staff and the cleanliness of the office was above and beyond.
