My husband’s car got hit while parking in the city on late September. But everyone at this place was very professional especially Donald who helped us to negotiate the best possible compensation from the insurance company of the other driver. Even though we had still needed to put in some extra $$$ in order to cover the total cost of the repair (as the total amount from the other insurance company that had agreed to compensate could not be able to cover everything because the damages on the car were so severe), however, the outcome of the repair definitely worth every single penny that had spent on the repair job... My hubby’s car now looks like a brand new car ???? (that shines like just coming out from the factory). The attention to details by these people are so good that is out of our imagination. GEICO's Auto Repair Xpress facility, so just drop off the vehicle and they do everything, no need to schedule an appointment with an adjuster, or waiting to get a payment, they take care of everything. They send SMS notifications on status of the repairs, so you know what's going on, and when the vehicle will be ready. I was unfortunate enough to use their services twice, once for vandalism, when my car was intentionally scratched all over, and the second time to repair the body damage when someone sideswiped my parked vehicle, and both times they did a great job!
