Premier Car Care

Called to try and set something up but had trouble communicating due to bad phone service. Mentioned “going outside to get better service,” which apparently got misinterpreted as car service. I was hung-up on and when I called back I was met with an enraged person, mad at me for mentioning “better service.” Tried to explain I was talking about my phone but got hung-up on again. Called one final time to desperately try to explain myself and got told I need to “stop harassing” him. So I can’t get my car serviced because the guy misinterpreted what I said AND refuses to let me explain myself. Absolutely ridiculous and child-like behavior, don’t even bother going here, you might upset somebody and lose your chance at a car repair for absolutely no reason whatsoever.

I have been a customer here for years. I trust This company is great and always takes care of all my auto needs. I know they are honest and trustworthy which can be hard to find. They explain everything and have fair prices. They always get the job done right & quickly. Whatever your needs are I highly recommend this company. Thank you to John and all the employees for years of reliable service!

Can’t say enough about John and the staff at Premier. They’re just the best. Always there to help in a pinch, and they are as honest as they come. Never, ever have to worry about them trying to push me to do unnecessary work. They have even given me a ride to work when I had to drop off my car for service! Having an honest mechanic is an absolute must and these guys are the greatest.
