Estimated repair date was 20 days. 100 days later they returned my vehicle to me with only cosmetic issues repaired. Lack of communication for the first two months of them having my Jeep. After bringing it to another mechanic he was appalled they even allowed me to drive off the lot with it.

I got into an accident August 5th and dropped my car was towed the same day. When I asked how long they would have my I was originally told 18 day and then 30. I went on vacation and was told my car would be ready the following week , September 15th. It is now October 6th and I still don’t have my car. I understand parts , shipping and manufacturing play a huge part in the process of a car being fixed. But here’s where the issue lies , updating me constantly about false dates when the cars not even remotely close to being done. They also didn’t receive parts on my car until September 5th but I was not informed of that information until October. I’ve been patient and reasonable with this company but honestly , I’m frustrated and annoyed. And not to mention , I’ve still have to pay the insurance and car note on a car that I have not touched since August. The first phot is from September 14th and the second is from August 5th.
