Jackson's Auto did it again. Last week, I brought my Acura to the shop for Braking issues. When I called the office to make the appointment, Mary stated that they were booked solid for the day I was asking for. Mary then asked what was going on with my vehicle and when I explained, she immediately said she could move a few appointments and get me in. Jackson's did a great job getting my Acura to drive smooth again. Definitely plan to bring both our vehicles to them in the future. They are kind and truly care about their customers. Super sad to do this, but it's been weeks and they have not returned my call. Such a sweet family and super kind, it is such a bummer, but they took $3500 from me and kept my car for 6 weeks. Now, I've had the same problem and additional problems they created. I have pictures of the codes my car made after I got it back. I'm a hard working dad and $3500 hurt me financially, not to mention renting vehicles for work for nearly 6 weeks. Now, I'm even worse off with a car that doesn't run correctly! If you need new tires and an oil change this is the spot. Love them, but they really did me and my family such harm.

Used Jackson's for the first time recently. Very friendly people. Experienced mechanics. Felt like the cost was reasonable.
