I have a 2011 bmw 328i xdrive. This place ruined my car. I brought in my car for a simply oil change. I just found out they also topped off my coolant reservoir. But! With the wrong coolant. Mind you, I had never asked for coolant. How did I find out? Well, my car is continuously overheating. Turns out my water pump has gone bad. The owner Frank says that water pumps go bad eventually. You are correct. But what is the coincidence that is goes bad after you put the wrong coolant. They do not want to replace my water pump. I have to pay out of my own pocket for their mistake. They should own up to their mistake.

Frank is fair and reasonable doesn't pressure and doesn't over charge. Hogan is also great! Was able to squeeze me in for an oil change. I was in and out! Stanley did my oil l change he's also great! They're always nice and respectful and friendly. They do great work over there! We always go here for all our car needs!
