Great Bear Auto Repair & Auto Body Shop

I've been coming here for over 10 years and just stopped going, they completely overpriced all auto repairs and the customer service experience has turned horrible, the girl at the front desk was extremely rude towards a loyal customer. Came here for inspection they told me i needed new rotor and brake pads, cost $900, I did some research called auto shops charging $500 for the best rotor and brake pads, I will not be coming here anymore you will get ripped off. If you go here you will also have to wait a long time to get your car fixed it's basically first come first serve otherwise u will need to wait over 2+ hrs. Make sure you get here when it opens to avoid the wait. Also they will try and capitalize on you as much as possible by bringing other issues up. They do not like to take no for an answer so will say you need this fixed today when you really don't need. Beware of the text messages follow up you get its not audra(owner) direct phone line. Do yourselves a favor and shop around the area because this business charges astronomically higher than other local shops. I saved 50% off for the same service going to another shop down Northern. Also got a no name tire from them for the same price of a Michelin tire my wife got at another spot. Never going back.

Great shop! Just got my car back and they do excellent work. Carrie the office manager is great and super personable. The mechanics know what they're doing and I can always trust their word.
