The guy who replaced the glass window of the car is awesome. He arrived on time and he finished the job even its drizzling without any complain and mostly he did the job with smile ☺. Thank you very much.

Good service. Replaced the windshield on my Subaru in my driveway. I didn’t get a chance to properly thank the installer. He did a great job.

I re-arranged my schedule and set aside my entire morning for the glass install. After having to re-schedule due to a rainy day and after clearly informing Arrow that I would only be available in the morning, I was told to allow up to 2 hours for the install but that it typically takes about an hour. I was specifically told to expect a call between 7:30AM and 9:00AM from the installer to advise me of the time of arrival. I called the Arrow office at 8:24AM to try finding our when the install would occur but was told to sit tight and expect a call before 9AM. At 9:06AM the call came. I asked the installer why he didn't call during the time range when I was specifically told. He said he was doing an install and could not make the call. I am sorry but I am in a business that relies quite heavily on customer service and if I'm with a client but know I must make a call at a pre-determined time, I simply excuse myself and make that call. He said he would be to me between 10AM - 12 noo
