Pretty honest crew they have here a great ????leader in Dave goldsmith he is more than the owner I have known him for the better part of 30 years he is a master mechanic and he instructs his crew accordingly on how to go about his business I would not take my car anywhere else to get repaired you will always be in good hands at urban classics trust me.

i had my car towed here with an engine that wouldn't turn over and run. david & his staff took a lot of time and care to unwind a fairly-complex situation which involved several compounding issues. they kept my vehicle inside their shop, on their lift (not outside collecting tickets and debris) while they worked through issue after issue (and there were many!) from programming problems and manufacturer-specific quirks to water damage inside internal electrical components; from supply-side issues obtaining replacement parts to hard-to-locate fuel-pump damage which was causing my engine to be flooded with fuel. this took weeks. these guys kept as cool of a head as i was required to and just patiently worked through it all, clearly documenting each issue, its resolution and its cost, so that at the end of the job, there were no surprises. as a result, i was able to come away with a cleanly and quietly-running car and a clear explanation of the factors which caused the trouble. they eve

They guys earned my trust. I called up to get a repair I didn’t need and they actually told me I didn’t need to spend money. It’s not the least expensive and the parking situation for busy drop off times isn’t ideal but I’d feel good about leaving your car here. I’m cheap as hell I do a lot of maintenance myself, but for anything that needs a professional, this is a great place in my experience.
