I just paid $10 to a guy who slapped a "PASSED" inspection sticker on the windshield of my car and then literally shooed me away, complete with hand gestures. I'm new to the area, so I was surprised by the attitude and lack of instructions. If you're from here, this might seem normal. I'm satisfied, but I would have liked some signage or instructions regarding what to do to get my car inspected. I didn't know where to park or who to talk to and had to just...figure it out.

A rat chewed through my fan belt. I had my car towed here on Sunday because they’re one of the rare shops open on a Sunday. After calling to confirm I was sending the car to them I never heard back. I called repeatedly for the next two days and never heard anything. Finally at the end of the second day they called to say it was ready but it was too late to pick it up and whoops they forgot to call me. When I went to pick it up they said they would only take cash because “my boss isn’t here and the credit card machine is upstairs.” Then after I paid I asked if they found evidence of the rat. Not only did they find a rat under the hood. They left it there. “We don’t touch that.” I had to take it to another mechanic and fork out another hourly rate to have them remove it. Never again.
