Not disappointed by my second time at Munoz since my regular guy couldn’t fit me in. (In fact my regular guy referred me to Munoz.) the first time, I needed new rear brakes. They got the job done in one day. The second time, needed shocks replaced. Señor Munoz went above and beyond to get the parts needed despite Chevy discontinuing the shock/spring assembly for my 2013 Sonic. The work is done well. And Sr. Munoz is reasonable and honest.

Unfortunately, the negative reviews are absolutely right! I’ve been there for the inspection, and yes, the guy also asked me to change couple of the parts in my totally functioning car and he said otherwise he’s not going to pass my car. Then I went to Toyota service, my car was 100% okay, passed the inspection! This is not okay, I will file some complaints. If you have the same experience with these people, you can call 311 to complain. Apparently, they don’t know about the “WORK ETHICS” so some officials should teach them. This is unacceptable!!!
