This was my first visit. I needed to find a new mechanic for my BMW X1 since I had a bad experience at a previous mechanic and the dealerships are far too expensive. Each of the guys I spoke with were great and all I really needed was an oil change, but they did check out the rest of the car and gave me a good understanding of what else I might want to consider having done in the next couple of months to a year. I appreciate not being pressured to do anything not yet needed / since I find many mechanics and auto shops treat do try to upsell to women. Jason explained everything to me in a non condescending manner and I will definitely go back.

When I was looking for a shop that could do maintenance on my mini Cooper I found this gem. This shop always provides excellent service. The staff is always so helpful and nice. Everything was explained to me before repairs or service was completed. I was given a full print out report with pictures and descriptions of what was repaired or serviced. A follow up call was also provided a few days later to make sure everything was working as it should be. I am so happy with the service and would recommend this shop. They are a no nonsense business. The employees are professional and honest. It was a relief to finally get treated with respect. I was going to take a long road trip and so was advised to not do it until I had many problems with my car fixed. Thank you for your professionalism!
