STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! I too would give it zero stars if I could. Very unprofessional. They don't communicate with their customers over the status of your vehicle. When you call, they don't even pick up the phone. After finally getting my car back after holding for 4 months which was a nightmare, I noticed that my precollision sensor and my thermostat reader was out. I also had a problem with the A/C. I took it to my dealership to get the issue looked at and was told that when the mechanic opened the front grill, he noticed that there was wiring that was left undone and other parts left broken and unrepaired from the collision. Now I'll have to go without my car for a few days and pay for labor costs and other expenses that my warranty won't cover. All this hassle after they collected on my auto insurance. Our company vehicle was involved in a hit & run accident. After waiting hours for my Road side assistance I decided to search for a tow company/auto body shop; there I found “@a9sautomotive_”. I searched and found their contact info and Ricardo & Marley arrived within 30 minutes. I was completely impressed that they were able to handle our NYN marketing Mercedes Sprinter van with such care. They directed me to the body shop and advised me to speak to Chris. Chris then proceeded to help me start my claim. Overall the process was great and done in a timely manner despite the insurance adjuster being unorganized and unprofessional.
