When my vehicle was involved in accident a tow truck was sent to tow my car to a shop that I had chosen. After speaking with the tow truck driver he convinced me to use this shop, they are black owned. I figured since he spoke so highly of them I would go with his recommendation. This was the worst decision that I could have made. They are liars, cons, thieves, unprofessional and dishonest. They have ZERO communication skills. My car was in the shop over two months. When they would answer their phone there was always a different story. There was always an excuse as to why the car was not ready. Not only was this an inconvenience it was costly being without a vehicle for two months. On the day when the car was to be ready I arrived at the agreed time outraged not to only have to wait, but to my surprise they had damaged the wheel alignment. At this hour of the night (it is now late, because they weren’t ready) I had to go to a recommendation of theres (which I was already reluctant) in
