The customer service here was absolutely the best. My car brakes were sticking causing our front tire to smoke. They were able to pinpoint the exact problem immediately and had our car ready the very next. Great work, great people. Service: Brakes
Fast, well-priced, and quality service. Everyone I interacted with there was pleasant and explained everything. I went for an oil-change, then returned for routine maintenance and a NYS Emissions test. Will be returning again in the future. They’ll rip you off. I was told over the phone that they were going to replace my heat shield, instead I was charged $50 for them to just remove it. Which is something I could easily do on my own. Also, when I a arrived at my appointment I was told to come back 5 hours later because they were too busy. If they have an appointment on the books and they can’t abide by it, a phone call to reschedule would be nice.
