Mavis Discount Tire

Appointment made on Tuesday, was told Thursday morning first thing. I arrived at 07:45 and mgr. didn't show until 08:05 to open up. They stacked the tires and pretty balloons outside the doors, it was 08:20. I was told 30-45 mins for the inspection so I went and bought a coffee. I returned at 09:40 and inspection not even started. Informed it was next on list maybe another 20-30 mins. At that point I asked for my keys back. So why make an appt for 8am and have walk-ins taken first?

Should have looked closer at reviews. Scheduled a appointment to have my oil changed, tires rotated, etc. Was told it would take about 2 hours. 2 hours later, hadn't been touched. Then they lost my keys. Taking it elsewhere was a good choice

I had an online appointment through Amazon that somehow got canceled without my knowledge. They were still able to get me in and get my service done in a very timely manor. Even with some issues that came up along the way , they really helped me out. Thanks a lot to the service staff and the costumer service folks at the front desk.
