Crew was very helpful, on Sunday I got busted tire and Pep Boys was the only store within 65 miles that was willing to help. I'm very happy with the crew and service!!! Tire was changed in like 25min!!! Highly recommend Pep Boys
This review is far overdue!! I got a flat tire during the last snow storm, after an hour of driving 5mph to this location, I was upset thinking I messed up my rim. The service was impeccable, professional and they were beyond kind and helped me to get the tire changed, quickly so I could home before the roads got worse! I would 100% recommend this location to anyone for the automotive needs! Thanks so much!
Excellent service... They set the expectations and then exceeded them. My vehicle was ready earlier than expected and the techs told me exactly what was happening every step of the way.
