Monro Auto Service and Tire Centers

My muffler crapped the bed on Mother's Day & luckily they are open on Sundays!! I was able to get it looked at by the great staff there!! They ordered my muffler & fixed it on Tuesday afternoon!! I wanna give a shout out to Josh, he was really awesome, thanks for the help!!

I came into Monroe auto service and tire center. By far the best service I have received in the Albany area. Tony did a superb job in checking my tires and getting me back on the road safe. I 100% recommend going to Monroe and asking for Tony as you will not be upset with the service he provides. I happily will come here again in the foreseeable event that something goes wrong with my vehicle and I need a repair. Don’t forget to ask for Tony!!!

They like doing sneaky things to your vehicle in order to up charge you. Don’t be a sucker stand up for your rights, contact the police. If they tamper with your vehicle to try to get more money out of you. I had my daughter come here for an oil change. They were trying to up charge her telling her about different things wrong with the vehicle to get an extra $2800. She contacted me letting me know what was going on with her car. I spoke with the manager, I told him the car is only here for an oil change. It took them over two hours, they were upset, they could not get additional money, they did sneaky things to her vehicle and caused severe damage. Her car was brought to a dealership shortly after they showed pictures of how they took a screwdriver to the oil pan to create an oil leak. Trying to tell her it was a rear main seal at Monro. You know they are guilty, especially when they are not letting you pay for the oil change, because they don’t want to give you any paperwork.
