The workers was so friendly and fixed the problem with my tire that needed to be plugged and didn’t even get charged for it. I went to Walmart and they charged me 15 dollars to tell me there was nothing wrong. How I don’t get charged for fix and get charged for something to not even be fix confused as HELL. But very happy with the service the Midas on Central provided. Service: Tires
Had an issue with a check engine light that kept coming on. The guys at the shop worked with me and wouldn’t let it go until it was fixed. Appreciate the help!
This midas location is a complete Nightmare. I would never bring my vehicle here after they failed to correctly fix my car after I payed $4,000+ I had my vehicle taken to another midas location to determine the problem after bringing the vehicle back 3 separate times to this location for them to correct the issue. The staff has very poor customer service skills & worst of all no common sense for a simple car repair or diagnosis. Shout out to the district manager that took the time to review my documentation & recorded conversations. He apologized an corrected the situation professionally. A paying customer should never leave a place unsatisfied!
