My tire had a slow leak, so I brought my car here on Sunday 8/13/23. They could not find the link, but the manager Prince decided to not charge me for the time it took to remove the tire and search for the leak. That's excellent customer service that I wish every business practiced. This is obviously an extremely honest shop. I will be bringing all of my family's cars to this Mavis location from now on. Excellent, honest service!!
amazing service!!! Went in for a flat tire fix, less than an hour later my car was ready. Jake and the rest of the employees did a great job!! I will definitely be returning for any and all of my car needs!
Albany is so lucky to be able to count on such a reliable, professional and honest garage. My husband, our four kids in the car and I were stuck and needed an urgent repair. With a smile, M. Terrance Richardson immediately took great care of our issue and we were ready to be back on the road in no time. Service was speedy, courteous and fairly priced. Please bring M. Richardson and his garage to Canada ASAP.
