I'm happy with their services. I made my appointment one week before I took in my dually truck for wheel alignment. As soon as I drop it off, they work on it and fixed the issue. Fast and so far the best service I had experienced. I recommend their services to everybody. By the way, the waiting room area is very nice. Two venting machine with drinks, snack and free coffee. Repair to rear quarter windows on my Mustang convertible which stopped closing fully. Repair was done in a timely manner for the quoted price. Chance, the service desk technician, was great to work with. Compare this to 4 failed attempts to bring this to Wally Ford in East Greenbush, where I bought the car. 4 times during business hours where my call to service to make an appointment was routed to voicemail - or to a voice mailbox that was full and not even recording messages.
