Since I brought my vehicle here. It's been one thing after another. Thousands and thousands of dollars worth of work. Most recently I found out they sent an invoice to my warranty company and were paid on work on my vehicle that they never did. And then blamed me for not being able to get a hold of me. This created a lot issues for me, and put my life on hold. Their response to the situation was to yell and blame me for the problem, when they should have been thanking me for bringing them as much business as I did. If they're just apologize and took responsibility for their mistake, I would have followed through with the $1,500 worth of work they had to be done. But now I'll be taking my business elsewhere and they will be returning the money. I would not recommend going here unless you plan on continuing to go over and over again... At a high price. I can speak highly enough of this place. They are extremely busy and for good reason. I had a third party warranty issue for over a year and these gentlemen went out of their way to ensure that I got my car back in the best condition. The third party put up a fight about an engine replacement and the guys at Capitaland did an incredible job dealing with the lack of transparency and communication from the warranty company. When it came time to install my engine, it was done correctly and everything works. Their professionalism is top notch.
