My mom took her 4runner to this place to fix a power steering leak. They over charged her for the power steering pump by about 100.00 dollars. The pump w/ a reservoir would have been about what he charged but without the reservoir he charged about a hundred over. Also you can tell by looking at the pump it was not a new pump. Looks like they took it out of another 4runner and put it in my mom's car. When my mom picked up the car it was still leaking. They told my mom that it was from the old pump that had leaked so much fluid, and they "tried to clean up as much as they could". Then we noticed that the front trim around the headlights was cracked and damaged. When I opened the hood I could tell right away that it was not the same part (trim). My mother bought the 4runner from the dealer she is the only owner, and you could tell that this was a cheap part that was damaged and broken. When my mother drove the car home she noticed that it was making a strange sound. So we brought it back

Dale is an awesome mechanic who will never over charge you. Multiple times I've taken my car their expecting to spend a lot more but Dale fixes what needs to be fixed without trying to hassle you for more money. I will continue to take my cars here to be serviced for as long as they are open.

They do a great job, and Dale does not over charge you. They always help me out with my vehicles, and if they do not do the service your vehicle needs they recommend somewhere to take it to to get it fixed. Also they are very honest.
