Made an appointment I was a but late came in they refuse to take my car for a diagnosis and I drove 24 min to get there so I emailed to make another appt incase I could make it back and the lady said it was OK to be late I could come in anyways. I said I just left wasn't coming back. I was told diagnostic was fine as a walk in so I was upset I was turned away
I walked in, and the person who I spoke to was Nate. I am not proficient with my car at all, but Nate made explained things to me in a way that made me understand exactly what was going on. Thanks for the excellent service and great laughs!! Service: Oil change
