I took my 2014 Ram 1500 to Red Rock Repair because it was making a loud clicking noise when turning in my front suspension area. The noise was quickly determined by the technician to be a loose skid plate that was covering my differential. The technician tightened up all the bolts on the skid plate and the noise is completely gone and the problem is solved. I'm very pleased because i've been dealing with this noise for almost a year and now it's gone.. I took my truck to the Dodge dealership last month for the same problem. They replaced my sway bar links and the loud noise was still there. The Dodge dealership also wanted to replace my shocks after the new sway bar links didn't solve the noise problem. I declined that repair because I didn't think the shocks were causing the noise problem. I did end up replacing the shocks myself because one of them was leaking, but of course that wasn't the source of the noise problem. The Dodge dealership didn't get it right but Red Rock Repair did.

We had our truck at a different shop in Pahrump and they charged us a lot of money and did not fix it after three attempts. We went to Red Rock Repair and they found the issue and reviewed the work the other shop supposedly did. Of which some of the work was not done they had charged us for. The service was great and our truck runs smooth. Thank you so much for your help, it was awesome.
