The customer service was great. The office staff were helpful in answering all my questions prior to having any service done on my Nissan Xterra. They quickly diagnosed my problem and took me out to my car to explaining what they had found prior to doing any work. The tech explained everything well and did not pressure me into doing work that I didn't want to do. The repairs seem to be working good thus far. Happy with my experience.
Quantum Mechanics maintaining my car for past 3 years. Since first visit I was satisfied with their service, knowledge, reliability and pricing. Highly recommend them. 5 Stars!
Fast and friendly service. They were able to locate the issue in my car right away. Big plus is that it's open on weekends for people with a M-F schedule. Edit: Came back for a suggested service from my first visit. They front lady is very nice, they got my car serviced right away. Didn't even have to make an appointment! Thanks guys.
