I found Paladin on Google when I was looking for an Audi repair shop. I was hesitant at first but I had to try something other than the dealership. They diagnosed my car and gave me an estimate. They worked on it and accurately fixed the problem as what they said on the estimate unfortunately they received a defective part but immediately cover it and replaced it. They are straight forward, what they tell you is what you get. They will work with you long as they need to resolve your car problem. I just found a reputable shop that I can trust to service and fix my car. Thank you Chris. Ed Las Vegas

A mechanic from Paladin inspected the brakes for a car that we were purchasing for my 16 year old son and said the brakes were at 60%. Found out after the purchase that they were in critical shape. Blanca at LV Auto Sales (next door - Paladin does all of the work for them) said the mechanic lied. DO NOT trust this shop to be honest. Do not trust the car sales team at LV AUTO SALES to be thorough or honest. When confronted, they put Paladin under the bus.
