Having never used this shop before I was apprehensive especially since my vehicle was towed in. Immediately I was pleasantly surprised by everyone professionalism. Ever team member obviously works well together and this conveys well thru their customer service. They gave me an honest diagnosis of the repairs needed to my car, actually quoted me the charge for the repair and delivered my vehicle back to me driving better than it did when I brought it!!! Thank you Jim, Ryan and Martin! You've gained a customer for life!
They're advertising AAA discount but I don't get discount at all for my transmission diagnostic test. There's estimated prices way too much. Service: Transmission
They did a great job repairing my car, the prices for parts and services were reasonable. The staff was really friendly and knowledgeable, I mostly spoke with Jim who explained to me exactly what was wrong with my Honda. Overall I feel like this shop was honest and transparent about pricing. Also they offer a AAA discount which is helpful.
