Absolutely phenomenal Auto shop. We couldn’t be more pleased with the work done on our vehicle. Also the customer service between everyone and the owner was amazing. They without any hesitation made sure we were 100% satisfied before leaving and if there was any error they were willing to do whatever it took to make it right and return my vehicle in perfection. Loved the staff. They were great. Also appreciated the consistent updates via txt. There are only 2 things I’d like to point out: Although their photos show I came in with no front license plate I must disagree. Unfortunately, my photos didn’t capture my front plate either. However, I recall inspecting my car after my accident and I certainly would’ve noticed it as I took pics of front headlight damage. My husband doesn’t recall a missing plate prior to drop off for repair either. So I guess that remains a mystery. Second, my trunk no longer auto opens freely. It must be lifted by hand bcos it is out of alignment now. This is something my husband says he mentioned to Fix It Auto before work commenced. I didn’t notice until a few days after getting the car back when I used the trunk again for the first time. Other than those 2 things I was happy with the process. Services: Painting, Body & Trim
